Reginald Hughes

Mr. Hughes is an expert in immigration and naturalization matters. He was a District Adjudications Officer, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the hearings and appeals examiner for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. In that capacity, Mr. Hughes reviewed and decided numerous cases such as naturalization, citizenship at birth abroad, derivative citizenship, and repatriation of individuals . Mr. Hughes also represented the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security in court in naturalization proceedings, planned and conducted independent reviews concerning the eligibility and entitlement of persons seeking benefits, employment, and/or legal status under the Immigration & Nationality Act.
