Ronald Klasko is Gulf Coast Funds Management’s EB-5 Compliance expert. In her legal practice, she advises corporations on a variety of compliance-related issues, particularly alien employment verification matters. She develops immigration compliance strategies and programs for both small and large companies alike. Dawn is considered a leading expert on monitoring and compliance issues concerning the US government's E-Verify program and also has experience in Office of Special Counsel immigration-related matters. Since the early 1990s, Dawn has been advising high net worth individuals on the EB-5 Entrepreneur Investment visa program and more recently has worked with clients interested in regional center programs. Dawn is a past chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association's (AILA) Washington, D.C. Chapter and served on the Executive Committee for over four years. She currently serves as the Immigration Bar liaison to the Washington D.C. office of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, as well as on the AILA National Verification and Documentation Committee, which acts as the liaison for AILA to the Department of Homeland Security on worksite enforcement and E-Verify issues. |
